Grace Wayrynen
Lead Vocalist
The youngest member of Vague Rendition, this vocal powerhouse has developed into a seasoned front person. A trained musician, Grace also plays the piano and writes original music. Musical influences include Stevie Nicks, Blondie, and Lady Gaga, but she loves performing Vague’s wide range of styles.
Peyton Meissner
Guitarist
One of the founding members, Peyton is not only a guitarist, but also responsible for most band management duties and scheduling. He is a graduate from UHart where he studied acoustics engineering and classical guitar performance. Peyton listens to anything with a guitar solo, but especially enjoys Guns N' Roses, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and The Beatles.
Nick Peroulakis
Guitarist / Backup Vocalist
Another founding member, Nick’s talents extend beyond the guitar. Although originally a bassist, Vague Rendition enjoys showcasing his talents on trumpet, backup vocals, songwriting, and even cowbell! Favorite bands include Aerosmith, Audioslave, Foo Fighters, and Weezer.
Matt Vindigni
Bassist
Originally the drummer in 2015, Matt transitioned early to Vague Rendition's bass player. Now out in front holding down the groove, he is known by friends as the Bus Driver! Matt has played the bass for several years, finding musical influence in The Brook & The Bluff, Led Zeppelin, The Smashing Pumpkins and The Zombies. |
Ryan Bedlack
Drummer / Backup Vocalist
Name a song and Ryan can play it! A virtual music encyclopedia, Vague Rendition picked up their drummer and backup vocalist in 2016. He’s the personality behind the band, often chatting up the crowd. Ryan’s performance of Zeppelin’s “Moby Dick” is a fan favorite too. Graduated from the University of New Haven, Ryan is hoping to move to Nashville to pursue his career in the music industry.
